With today's competitive business climate, the need for an effective performance management process is more essential than ever. Performance management plays a huge role in helping organizations retain talent, keep employees engaged, enhance learning and development, and build a winning corporate culture.

Effectively giving and receiving feedback is an important part of the success of the performance management process, and how and what you communicate is imperative.

Join Hayley Buonopane as she navigates through the process of giving feedback, the different types of feedback, the benefits of receiving feedback, how to facilitate difficult feedback, and the power of words.
