Fixing What’s Missing from Your Sexual Harassment Training

Is there an epidemic of sexual harassment incidents? Or is it that a continuing problem is finally getting the publicity it deserves? Surveys from 30 years ago show that the numbers on sexual harassment haven’t changed. But wait! Every employer has language about it in the policy manual, notices on the bulletin board, and training provided to all employees. Yet the survey numbers (and today’s news) make it clear that it’s often not working as intended.

If you want to truly prevent sexual harassment in your organization, then it takes more than just talking about the legalities. People leave traditional training not understanding what has to be done differently. The behavioral side is what’s missing.

In this webinar, we’ll discuss:

  • Organizational culture that encourages sexual harassment
  • How traditional sexual harassment training actually hurts organizations
  • Where organizations go wrong in training for sexual harassment
  • Example behavioral tools to help prevent sexual harassment
